Found this amazing meat market Monday, pocked up some porterhouse steaks, and a few things from their olive bar, plus some of their in-house made beef jerky. wow, was that jerky some of the best I have ever had, very reasonably priced!!! The porterhouses took me back to the days when my grandfather ran a local butchershop in Indiana. Staff are all very friendly. The bothroom is spotless!! I stopped back in today to buy more porterhouse and jerky, plus I picked up some cheese!! If you are up in this area. It is a must stop type place! I can't wait to try the coftage bacon. It is like 4 normal bacon slices all in 1 strip!! They also have a sandwich counter it looked like, fresh sandwiches made to order!!
We brought our duck/goose meat in here and let me tell u what they do an amazing job. We had peperoni, jalapeño cheddar snack sticks and summer sausage with cheese made up and shipped back to California and not only was it cheaper but it was better. This place does it right. They kept in constant contact everything was done beyond our expectations and they made everything so easy. Great service high quality products and fair prices.

I thought this was a store when I googled it , turns out it is a meat market. I grabbed some 80-20 hamburger which I thought was very lean and tasted great!! I usually buy the 85% but this 80% was amazing. I also bought some Boars Head cheddar cheese and that was amazing!!! Upon check out I found a Carmel roll that was also amazing!! The employees were soooo friendly and helpful which just added to the wonderful experience! All in all it was a great stop. Will definitely recommend this establishment!
